Wisselend succes voor CL-Belgen

Vandaag kwam de tweede lading Belgen in actie in de Champions League en die eerste wedstrijd was niet voor álle landgenoten een succes. Kevin De Bruyne was heer en meester met Man City bij Feyenoord (0-4), maar nog in die poule verloor invaller Mertens met Napoli in Donetsk. Tielemans mocht eens starten bij Monaco en scoorde, terwijl Tottenham zowaar won op Wembley tegen Dortmund maar Vertonghen wel rood pakte. Simon Mignolet zag vanop de bank hoe Liverpool een gelijkspel moest toestaan tegen Sevilla.
