Oostenrijk bedekt door metershoog sneeuwtapijt

De alpenregio wordt al dagenlang geteisterd door hevige sneeuwval en de daarmee gepaard gaande lawines. In verschillende delen van Oostenrijk en de Duitse deelstaat Beieren ligt een sneeuwtapijt tot wel 2 meter hoog. Beterschap is voorlopig niet in zicht.
